How I can help you
One of my biggest priorities as a criminal defense lawyer is accessibility for my clients. For that reason, I office close to the Johnson County jail so that I can have frequent face-to-face meetings with clients prior to their bail hearing or who remain in custody pending trial. I am frequently in the office on evenings and weekends, making it easy for my clients to schedule appointments around their work schedules or other commitments. Additionally, I provide a variety of means to contact me, including my personal cell phone number. I encourage you to take advantage of that, and reach out today.

I will do everything I can to prove to you that I care about your case as much as you do. I welcome you to contact me for a free case evaluation. I will go over the charges with you, walk you through how the case will proceed, and answer any questions you may have. While some attorneys may stop at what they deem “good enough,” I use your understanding and satisfaction as my benchmark for success.
It is my hope to effectively convey information about who I am and my philosophy related to my practice as a criminal defense lawyer - DUI lawyer, Domestic Violence lawyer, Juvenile lawyer, etc . However, for those of you who have been charged with a crime or are potentially facing criminal charges, whether it is as complex as a murder charge or as simple as a speeding ticket, I encourage you to call me immediately and schedule a free consultation. Each client is unique, as are the facts surrounding your situation, and a consultation will give us the opportunity to discuss the specific issues you are facing and what assistance I can offer.
Whether you are facing a charge of assault or a DUI, whether you have already been charged or are afraid a charge may be pending, I encourage you to find a lawyer you trust as early as possible in the process. Sooner is better than later. There are many mistakes that can be avoided at the outset of the case by consulting with an attorney and understanding your constitutional rights.

Where I can help you
My office is based out of downtown Olathe, across the street from the Johnson County courthouse, where I typically make court appearances on a daily basis. The central location allows me the convenience of traveling to local municipal courts (like Overland Park, Merriam, Lenexa and Shawnee) and surrounding district courts (like Wyandotte, Leavenworth, Miami and Linn). I place a great deal of emphasis on relationship building and networking, with prosecutors, judges and my criminal defense colleagues, constantly working to ensure that I have a reputation of credibility and access that will benefit my clients, either in a trial setting or through plea negotiations, when appropriate.
